Windowsbased
PCs for use on the Avaya IP Office. It provides transparent access to
real
time voice communications and productivity enhancing Avaya Phone Manager
Pro
features such as managing multiple call appearances, transfer and
conference.
Avaya IP Soft phone iPhoneManager offers simple point and click dialing
from
Microsoft Outlook contact lists, phone numbers displayed within Internet
Explorer
pages and LDAP-based directories.
Incoming calls can be synchronized with directory look-ups for simple
screen
pop applications. Instant messaging and presence tracking help
iPhoneManager
IP Soft phone users become aware of each other’s current availability
and to communicate appropriately via a phone call or instant message.
The iPhoneManager RFA for the Avaya IP Office is a license that is
loaded into
the Avaya IP Office system. The Avaya IP Office Phone Manager Pro RFA is
