IP400 Office BRI Card (Not available in NA)

The BRI trunk card provides 4 Basic Rate ISDN S/T-Bus interfaces (8 trunks).
Used to connect ISDN devices, such as video-conferencing systems or a credit
card reader with high speed connection. For faster services.

(ISDN BRI. This is a 128-Kb/sec interface that contains two 56-Kb/sec channels
and a 16-Kb/sec signaling channel. The channels can be used to transmit voice,
video, and data. Depending on how the interface is connected to the network,
reference points define whether the interface is connected directly (U reference
point) to the network or indirectly (S and T reference points) to the network through
a network termination 1 (NT-1) device.)
Note: Calling Line ID, Called Number and Automatic Number Identification these
features come standard on ISDN circuits PRI/BRI. However on T1 circuits it doesn’t
and you have to order it and charge maybe applied.ISDN circuits (PRI/BRI) used
for high speed data application like video conferencing.PRI circuits also provides
enhanced features like 2 way DID services with Calling Line ID ,Called Number
and Automatic Number Identification and the support of E911 services .
